It was not ruled by a single individual, such as a mayor, but instead held together by a sense of friendship and comraderie. They regulary came together to work on larger projects.

The members started out with the thought of independent places in the bay. Before the KvK raid where implemented most members of BoS had some kind of deed. Villages size 5([[Kendra]]:[[Player:Solver|Solver]] and [[Oppboga]]:[[Player:Madboy|Madboy]]). Homestead size 5([[Arboga]]:[[Player:Tottman|Tottman]], [[Fellingsbro]]:[[Player:Minimad|Minimad]], [[Guldsmedshyttan]]:[[Player:Rmt|Rmt]], [[Magrathea]]:[[Player:Daash|Daash]] and [[Nora]]:[[Player:Aske|Aske]]). One decided to stay undeeded(Einnels mansion:[[Player:Einnel|Einnel]]).
