Description
Removes any spell from an area, creature/player, or item enchant. Has no effect on demise spells or their protection spells. Also has no effect on enchanted trees or enchanted grass
Speculation: Casting it gives a number like an enchant. All (some?) enchants on the item under that number are removed.
Note
If you are casting on an item you have to have the item in your inventory to dispel it.
