Description
A mooring rope tied to an anchor.
The rope determines success rate, the anchor determines (max) QL.
Usage
To moor: Activate mooring anchor -> right-click ship -> moor. To unmoor: Right-click ship -> raise anchor.
Both captain and passangers can moor a vessel, but only the captain can raise anchor.
