The same rules for skill loss apply when a Whitelighter's pet attacks another Whitelighter who has a positive reputation.
You will lose your pet if If you tame another animal while you have a different animalpet, your current one will become untame.

Right-click your pet, then select '''pet''', then select '''cancel orders'''.
It will cancel any orders to go places or attack (unless already engaged in combat).
Pets can be told to stay online when you log off.
Right click anywhere on the ground and select '''pet''', then '''stay online'''. This can be undone by selecting '''go offline''' instead.
== Notes==
A pet will auto attack another [[animals|animal]]/player of another kingdom (or if the player/animal is negative in [[reputation]] or is aggressive). This includes auto attacking a friend's pet (at this stage).
To stop your pet from attacking in the middle of of combat you must be leading the pet. If you are, you simply walk away and your pet will follow.
