'''1. Civilian'''
All civilian class members of the settlement are not considered part of the intended Wild server army jump. They are also not permitted access to the main fort stationed in the center of the settlement. Civilians are given access, as well as the public, to the outer perimeter of the fortress. Civilians may join and create a 2x3 house in their location of choice, giving it does not conflict with any needed land to be used for the leadership. You have permission to lock your own personal items up in fences and houses, but do not block access to public carts or other sections of land deemed public. Settlement settings will be set to not allow the passing of gate locks for citizens, so be sure to keep a key for any gates you create.
For the most part, the civilian section of the deed is free to build however civilians wish. If conflicts arise, leadership will step in to resolve the issue. None of the civilians present are allowed access to any items meant for the use of the military personnel recruited. There will be a separate storage, farm, ranch, forge and etc for use by civilians.
 '''2. Military'''
All military members have agreed that in exchange for support and training by Dragonia they will in turn agree to jump to the Wild server with us when the time comes. Military members have all the same rights as civilians, plus more items will be provided to them. (Mostly combat related, such as weapons and armour to use). Only military members of a certain rank will be given full access to the fortress at free will. Otherwise, you must be let into the fortress by an officer. You have the option to either build your own house in the civilian plot, or opt to use the barracks in the fortress where you will be given a bed and a large chest with your own personal lock and key for storage.
