Dying Grounds
A black light town, founded by IceDevil.
The towns leadership was now given to Zerobtyte.
Town Structure
The system is based on one leader, a high council, a council then trusted town members, normal town members and newer memebers.

Location
The town is SouthWest from newtown. An estimated 3-4km away.
