Transmutation liquid

34 bytes removed, 15 April
* Tiles on PvP servers require 50% more liquid than the baseline amount.
* Tiles on a deed you are not a citizen of, on a PvE server, require twice as much liquid as normal.
* Tiles that have previously been transmuted need 50% less liquid to transmute again. You can examine the tile to determine whether a tile has been transmuted before.
* For the purposes of the above, tiles within deed perimeters count as "on-deed" too.
Creation Notes
* During creation, using You may create larger amounts of inactive transmutation liquid by combining multiple quantities amounts of the required liquid and solid together with more . Please note that the QL of the liquid results in larger amounts will be random, so you have a chance of making a large amount of inactive transmutation liquid from low quality. To be sure to get high QL it is better to do one batch at a single actiontime and separate out the QL.
* The required solid does not need to be combined in order to create larger amounts.
* Metal lumps do not need to be hot.
Usage Notes
* Only active "Active" liquids (blessedwhich have been enchanted with the Bless spell) liquids can transmute tiles.
* Deity spell casting permission is needed for use on deed.
* If using multiple batches of transmutation fluid, all fractions are lost, which may result in the tile only going to 99% changeover. Further use of fluid on the tile would then be needed in order for it to be 100% converted to the tile type of choice. Terraforming of the tile before it is fully converted will reset the conversion back to 0%.
