: I dunno... most non-newbies got their skill up before the latest changes, so we're in a bit of a pickle for getting a solid guide. I'm not so sure on the bit about farming every 6 hours...At most I get once a day.

I recently did an experiment involving 10 flat fields and 10 sloped fields, and there was no difference is growing time, frequency of opportunities to rake, or yield. If anyone else can confirm this, we should remove the bold wording to the contrary in the article. --[[User:Arcas|Arcas]] 04:44, 29 September 2010 (UTC)

The "compound slope" of 8 idea is accurate except that I found that I could sow on a tile with one corner raised by 5 dirts. Otherwise max(NorthSouthSlopes) + max(EastWestSlopes) = 8. I've noticed the wiki says a "lv11" and "lv12" ability for 3 of the 5 paths, with this information not written for path of love (and unrelated to this discussion another path that i don't recall offhand). I'm also not sure if there's typically or sometimes an ability for "lv10", but i would think there is one for path of love at "lv11" and "lv12". Myself not having personally made it that far i cant say what, if anything, they are. Has anyone made it to "lv11" or "lv12" in path of love and can write in the wiki for sure what those abilities in path of love are?

This is confirmed. My love tile is a pine tree. And less than half the tiles in the 3x3 area are flowers, the rest are trees. In addition I happened to raise an area out of the ocean that was sandy and converted it to dirt. I have at least two Knowledge Tiles in the same 3x3 area and several more in the vicinity. That did not seem to affect the Love Tile from spawning.
