'''Titles''' are earned when a [[player]] reaches certain [[skill]] milestones. When a title is used players of the same [[kingdom]] can see the title in use by that player when hovering the mouse over the player. For a player to see their own title they should hover over their [[healthbar]].

*Players can equip two titles in whichever order they desire.
**When a title has an effect on improving (for example, improving armour), only the first title has an effect.

If the item is combinable, it will only use the necessary portion to treat the wound, while non-combinable items, such as a ship's sail, for example, are completely used up in the bandaging action.

Try to cast it on an altar: If it tells you, "Vynora cannot grant that power right now", then it cannot be cast on your server. If it tells you, "You need more favor with your god to cast that spell", then you can cast it if you have the 300 favor.

A war machine designed to launch projectiles at walls and buildings.

The [[skill]] used when operating a catapult is [[Catapults]].

Needs 23,5 body strength to use. Can be dragged. Cannot be fired inside caves.

==Usage==
A catapult's primary use is the destruction of walls and gates. You can hit another person with it, but it's very difficult.

To use a catapult, you must first load it with ammunition. Almost everything can be catapulted, but [[rock shards]] and ores do the most damage. [[Quality]] and [[damage]] of the ammunition will affect the amount of damage done to your target. To load a catapult, activate an item in your inventory, right-click the catapult, and select Machine -> Load.

After you load the catapult, it must be winched. With every winch the catapult shoots 1 tile further. The minimum distance a catapult can shoot is 10 tiles, the maximum distance is 50 tiles. To winch a catapult, right-click the catapult after it has been loaded, and select winch.
This distance is calculated including both the tiles that the catapult and the target are standing on.

To aim the catapult, simply drag it so that it points to the target.

After it has been winched at least 10 laps, you can fire the catapult. Right-click the catapult, select Machine and then select 'Fire'. If it was properly aimed and winched, you will either get a message in event window that you just missed the target, or that you've hit it. If it ''only'' says that you've hit nothing, your aim is off.

Catapults' trajectory is affected by elevation. Firing uphill requires more winching to hit the target, whereas firing downhill requires less winching.

Skills on the [[Epic|Epic servers]] do not work as they do on the Classic servers. They follow a 'curve' where skill gain is faster at lower levels, and drops off the higher skills get. == Server type details ==

=== Tutorial server ===

The Tutorial server (Golden Valley) is where all new accounts are created. The aim of the tutorial is to introduce the player to the game mechanics. Players may then move on from the tutorial area to any of the player servers using [[portal]]s. (Premium must be purchased to be able to move to the Elevation server.)

Premium time has no effect till the player leaves the server, as the Tutorial server only allows basic accounts. Thus skills are limited to a maximum of 20 and resource quality is also limited to 20. There are no gods or altars present on the Tutorial server.

The tutorial was built on the Golden Valley server. New players are spawned in the tutorial area and cannot leave other than through the portals to the Epic and Freedom servers. However accounts that were active before the tutorial was created are currently able to stay outside the tutorial area. These accounts are able to transfer to the other servers, but some have chosen to remain. PvP, theft, deeds, and [[guard tower]]s are not allowed on the Tutorial server.

=== Freedom servers cluster 1 ===

The entire area of each server is automatically claimed as Freedom kingdom territory, so guard towers are not required to plant deeds.

Grieving is frowned upon, and is a potentially bannable offense. [[GMs]] will police these servers as needed, but ideally the game rules should take care of things automatically. Moderators police the kingdom chat channels to ensure the chat rules are followed.

The original Freedom server was Independence. The second one was Deliverance, which is situated to the South border of Independence. This was followed by Exodus, to the South border of Deliverance.

The old Wild server became the fourth server to join Freedom. It is now known as the Chaos server and can be accessed by sailing across the west border of any of the three servers above. However, sailing back east across the border from Chaos will only take you to Deliverance.

Most recently, Celebration [http://wurmonline.tumblr.com/post/24127944261/celebration-opened/ release note] was added to the South border of Exodus. At this time, it is not connected to Chaos.

=== Freedom servers cluster 2 ===

Follows Freedom servers rule set (see above). This is a new cluster starting with Pristine at the official release of Wurm Online 1.0 which won’t be connected to freedom cluster 1 for an undetermined amount of time in order to provide that total newbie feeling. The second one was Release, which is situated to the South border of Pristine.

=== Chaos server ===

The Chaos server is a pvp enabled freedom cluster server. It can be access by sailing west from any other freedom server. Upon arriving here you are automatically in the Freedom Isles kingdom and can join other Player Made Kingdoms. Sailing back to the other servers will put you back in the Freedom Isles kingdom and coming back will put you back to whatever kingdom you were in when you left.
Full PvP is enabled here between the Freedom Isles and Player Made Kingdoms. You can fully raid deeds, pick locks and bash things on deed.

GMs generally avoid intervening in wild server affairs. However, excessive griefing and other violations of the game rules will be punished as appropriate.

1. Do they take any damage at all over time ?
2. Does season change count as some sort of terraforming (textures change in winter for example) and removes them ?
