A mild cheese made from cow milk.
- Cheese can be wrapped in a cloth square, either wool or cotton, to reduce decay to approximately 1/5 of the normal rate.
- It can be stored in a larder to reduce decay.
- Wrapping cheese AND storing it in a larder, together, will reduce decay further than either just wrapping it alone or just storing it in a larder alone.
- Can be cut into pieces and used as fishing bait.
