===Ironwood Estates===
[[Settlement:Ironwood Estates|Ironwood Estates]] started as a very small deed consisting of a 15x11 area with nothing more than Brynn's packed up cottage from Guidance and a stone fence to keep him safe. As the deed became more established, the primary mansion was planned and built allowing for the cottage to be converted to storage and a throwing room for clay. The primary mansion, now known as Cartography Hall, consists of a two story building with a deck overlooking the west side allowing for scenic views over Shepherd's Lake.
