There seems to be an assumption that all items need a Group option, otherwise they are marked as Incomplete. We are seeing more and more items now that don't need to use the Group parameter, as they don't use the Create menu system.<br />
<br />
Should this check be removed, or improved to remove false positives, or have an option to bypass it ?<br />
