Description

High-end weapon enchants castable only on weapons at over 70 QL that increase the chance to hit the designated being.
Their effects are countered or lessened by Vynora's Touch, Fo's Touch, Magranon's shield and Libila's Scale.

Demise spells are known to increase combat rating by a flat value of 1. (Effective 10% extra chance to hit on specialized targets)

They will not shatter the item they are cast upon.
