A dish of somewhat good nutrition, but pretty much only used by beginners. Higher QL stews will cap out hunger bar at a higher percentage, meaning that a higher QL stew will be able to feed you more before you stop eating it.
You would prefer making a Meal as it can fill your food bar fully though.
