Uses Masonry skill Improve with Stone brick
Notes
You must have at least one stone brick in your inventory to start building it.

The slope you are building on has to be 10 or less, otherwise you get this message: [...] The slope must be 10 or less.
It's possible to lock a Portcullis with a Gate lock. Intelligent creatures and players can open unlocked gates.
Also see Stone portcullis and Plain stone portcullis, both of which are building entryways, and as such, need door locks.
