Method
- Equip a Small Wheel from your Inventory, then right click on a Shaft and select - Create/Miscellaneous/Small Wheel Axle.
- Equip a Small Wheel from your Inventory, then right click on 'Unfinished Small Wheel Axle and select Continue Building.
- Note: If you fail you loose both Small Wheels.
