5 minutes to capture, 5 minutes to neutralize if it's captured by enemy, both have alerts in death tabs, the model is an archery tower, the guards don't actually attack enemies, every 24 hours you can collect .4 moonmetal from it if owned by you for the time, takes 5 minutes to do so. - Discord - Oblivion HOTA ^^
