It seems that creating mooring anchors doesn't rely solely on shipbuilding skill. I have 30 shipbuilding, and have 85% chance to create a mooring anchor. Using the same items, a townmate with 5 shipbuilding skill has 93% chance. I also have 26 BSing, while he has 68. Can anyone clarify this? --Strawberry 21:37, 3 June 2010 (UTC)

Creating Anchors is blacksmithing yes, but this page is for Mooring anchor, which is attaching a mooring rope to an anchor, which uses Ship building skill. Malaclypse 11:18, 16 October 2011 (UTC)
