An unfinished item is an item that needs to be finished. Examine the unfinished item to see what needs to be done to it.
Notes
- Unfinished statues cannot be moved (push/pull) until finished, but can be picked up.
- Several unfinished decorations can only be moved when unfinished, such as a guard tower.
