A bell cot with a huge bell hanging inside. It will make a powerful sound when rang.

The QL of the huge bell affects creation chance.
It stays in your inventory when created, and once placed you cannot be picked up.
On 'use': You start swinging the bell. 1:00 minute timer.
Plays a bell sound in local area on use.
The quality level of the bell tower affects the tone of the bell when rung.
