According to Seara and Kaih (CAs on Deliverance), you get a partial refill if you log out for at least 6 hours. I'll try to confirm this. [[User:Xandaros|Xandaros]] ([[User talk:Xandaros|talk]]) 17:56, 1 June 2013 (CEST)

shouldnt we add that having no stamina during combat also means you fight much worse.
And you don't gain skill!
