PVP servers section stated all pvp servers restrictions which doesn't apply to Chaos
=== Meditation in PvP ===
Meditation progress does not carry on to or from PvP the Defiance and Epic servers. You can even choose different paths on Defiance and Epic from each game modeother and Freedom. Note that PvP the Defiance and Epic servers are restricted to level 9 in a meditation path, with the exception of the Path of Knowledge, which can progress further. Your meditation path and path progress is carried over to Chaos from the other Freedom servers and there is no cap on path progression.
