These are very good for new players to train fighting on as long as they have a weapon and a sheild. Although rats are tamable it is not worth the hassle as they attack you before you tame them and pretty soon you can tame a [[dog]]. ==Taming a Rat.==If you really have the urge to tame a rat or you think it is usefull to have an army of rats then get some meat form an earlier animal you killed and tame away. ==Fighting a Rat==#Equip a shield in your left arm and a small axe in your right hand.#Find a Rat.#Fight away.
