Penguin Bay is a size 5 HS that was founded August 20th, 2008 by Melros. It is located about 50 tils tiles south of Fiddlers Fiddler's Green and about 100-200 tiles south of KVKallana Verde. Current Projects: Future Projects:Make a road connecting all settlements in Northern Bay. Completed Projects:House built thanks to the help of Revelation, Mobius, Flyingmonkey and Moss.Terraforming thank to the help of Flyingmonkey, Revelation, Dipse, Fooli.Finish stone walls thanks to the help of Revelation.
