Green Oaks is a settlement founded by [[Undefined player|KingdarkX]] and [[Player:Killerslug|Killerslug]]. It is situated in a wooded glade branching off from the road to Silent Hill. It is currently under construction.
At around 5-10 minutes walk from newtown, Green Oaks is not hard to get to. (Other than all the monster spawns.)It is near many spawns and thus has bountiful hunting grounds, steppe is only a minute away.

Green Oaks has a cattle pen for citizens that currently has 3 female 2 cows & 2 calves. Because of a nearby spawn, this number is likely to increase.

The mine currently has a copper vein & a two zinc veinveins.
In the smithy we have a 60ql forge along with all the tools for imping and finishing smithing items.

Nearby; There a pig, deer, wolf, bear and scorpian spawns. On the steppe there are troll, wolf, mountain lion, wildcat, bear, dog and cow spawns.
