Generally speaking, in order to fill the CCFP bars, you need to create foods that contain a variety of ingredients that with all the nutrients a human needs to remain healthy. For example, a meal that has the following;
* Meat/fish for protein
* A potato for carbohydrates
* Cheese for fats
* Several vegetables like corn and pumpkin for vitamins and fibre
* Several herbs/spices like mint and parsley for taste
The larger it is and the more varied the ingredients used to create it, the better.
Note that there is no penalty for not filling one or all elements of CCFP.
