* It cannot be destroyed, dropped, traded, or stored in token bank or any container; once you accept it as a quest reward it will take up one inventory slot and add 1kg weight to your load until used.
* It can only be used a single time and may only be used to copy a house owned by you on the Guidance server. It must be deployed on a different [[PvE]] server.
