He has the option to buy it back for a similar price if he wants. Port Isengard can be found less than 5 minutes away from [[Ademar]] on the true coast of the NW ocean, while Ademar is inland a bit. [[Oakvale]], [[Copperblazes]] and [[Wafflehaven]] are not too far away. We are currently working on-deeda road to go from Port Isengard to Newtown, with stops at Ademar, Garden of Destiny, the Bearback Expressway Crossroads, and Aegis, as well as passing near Copperblazes.
