A size 10 Village deed. It is located south of Ademar about 30 mins. It is a man made island being raised near the troll spawn and near the western road that leads back to Newtown

- We need dirt digging experence is nice but not required (massive amount of dirt needed) paying 8 coppers per 100 dirt
or we also do "dirt for tools".
