When he passed Bonsai he was overwhelmed then re-deeded by Marni after Phyko allowed the beautiful view and location so he asked upkeep to stay with Moot and Marni as their apprenticerun out. In February 2013 Moot and Marni decided they want to live as hermits in Around mid-2015 the Mountains so they left Bonsai, leaving it to Phyko.  Shortly after Phyko decided to expand a little, so he bought another nearby deed (Oaky Dokey) ,a farm and a house was finally abandoned and disbanded both deeds, repositioned the settlement token and re-deeded Bonsai land left to a size of 93x65 Tiles. In May 2013 Bonsai joined the great Alliance "Halcyon Central"nature.
