==Biography==
Keenan entered through the portal into Wurm on day of Awakening, week 1 of the starfall of Diamonds, 1024, which roughly translates into June 18th, 2012. Since then he has seen several periods of both activity and inactivity.
Landing on [[Celebration]] after listening to a tip from a friend, Keenan spent his first hours in Wurm both frustrated and intrigued. It wasn't long before he got his wife to join him in Wurm and they both proceeded to explore and eventually settle a short distance away from [[Tap Dance]]. The first house he built was a 1 x 1 wooden shack with a 3 x 3 farm and yard attached. There he cultivated some crops, but didn't stick around long enough to see them grow as a better offer came from the south. The village of Amish Paradise drew his attention, and he and his wife eventually became villagers there and helped with chores while learning the in's and out's of surviving in Wurm.
A month or two later, the owners of Amish Paradise had made the decision to pack up and move to [[Deliverance]]. Having spent so much time working on floor boards and bettering his house in Amish Paradise, Keenan had protested the move. Eventually he left behind everything he had built and joined them all on [[Deliverance]] at a deed called Parental Advisory. Soon after that, the owners had decided they wanted to move to [[Independence]] and offered to hand the deed over to Keenan and his wife. This lead to the founding of Ceridwen Springs.
Finishing the terraforming started by the former owners, Keenan and his wife made Ceridwen Springs into a cozy little village. It saw a few villagers off and on during the short period of time it was around and also helped to provide a source of various trees to the area near north-west Echo Lake on which it sat. Sadly, due to issues outside of Wurm, Keenan and his wife had entered their first period of inactivity and the village fell into disrepair and eventually disbanded. In less than 24 hours Keenan had revived the deed, though it had already been raided and several prized items taken. This, coupled with continued issues outside of Wurm, lead to the deed disbanding again some time later.
A year later, in August 2013, Keenan and his wife came back to Wurm to find their deed was in ruins and had been partially taken over by surrounding villages. They decided to move to the southern part of [[Deliverance]] with a former alliance member and start over. Shortly after that a friend had suggested a move to [[Chaos]] and to join the [[kingdom]] of [[Empire_of_Mol_Rehan|Mol-Rehan]]. It took a few days to decide and finally make the move, as both he and his wife had almost non-existent fighting skills. With assurances that it didn't matter, they were both welcomed into [[Empire_of_Mol_Rehan|Mol-Rehan]] on August 21st, 2013 and became citizens of Kratos.
Life on [[Chaos]] wasn't anything like he had expected. The kingdom proved to be a very helpful and relatively close-knit family, especially those living in Kratos. The opportunity for gaining skills was nearly endless and the two of them began to work on fighting as well as their chosen professions. Keenan had long decided to work on carpentry and masonry while his wife took blacksmithing and farming. Neither saw any true combat versus other players during this time, but many bricks and arrows were made to help support those on the battlefield. After a few months, circumstances outside of Wurm once again lead to another bout of inactivity.
It wasn't until October of 2014 that Keenan was able to make his way back to Wurm. He and his wife had jumped right back into training their skills on Chaos and even wound up participating in their first raid at the end of November. With a few other skirmishes under their belts, they had decided to focus on raising a couple of priests and to continue honing their skills. This lead to the eventual founding of a deed called Scratchy Bleedy on [[Xanadu]] in December of 2014. The village was finished in February of 2015, and Keenan had taken a short break after that, though never for more than a week or two. He and his wife had gone back to Chaos, but later decided that [[Xanadu]] was much too far away for a village and went back to pack things up. On the way back they had found a very nice spot on [[Exodus]], which lead to the founding of Shiny.
Shiny is now a work in progress, but will be their permanent Freedom home, with frequent trips between [[Chaos]] and [[Exodus]].
==Status on Chaos==
I consider myself to be a part-time participant in player-vs-player combat. I love the rush felt when you're doing a [[HotA]] or at a raid, but I also enjoy the freedom to design a village without needing to consider defenses. I also enjoy educating people about life on Chaos, as I feel there's much misinformation out there. This is likely the result of some bad experiences. I will leave you with this piece of advice: Apply for membership in a kingdom before settling anywhere on Chaos.
