Last Gasp is an ability that will allow you to [[climb]] without slipping for two minutes, with the consequence of halted [[stamina]] regeneration for the duration. It can be activated by right-clicking your Body from the character screen (or inventory screen if 'display body in inventory' is selected) and selecting "Last Gasp". Prerequisites seem to be both that you are #redirect[[swim]]ming and are low on stamina. There appears to be a waiting period before it can be used again (possibly 24h?).
