A [[player]] becomes an '''outlaw''' when their [[reputation]] goes below 0. An outlaw can be attacked by anyone, even of the same [[kingdom]], and the attacker will not lose reputation or [[skill]]. Reputation will slowly rise by 1 point every [[hour]] online. When reputation reaches 0, the outlaw status is lost.
