Bennie Bay is located North of Northern Haven. If you walk up to Northern Haven, and continue on the road leading out of the village's North edge, and follow that road 'till you hit Anaysoan Point (An undeeded colony.) then continue to go North, following the cobblestone past the tar pit, through the woods, you'll end up right at our deed.
