[[Caspien Bay]] is currently a size 5 Homested owned by [[Player:Xeon|Xeon]] and is still under constuction. Caspien Bay was founded on October 26, 2007 at about 16:10. Caspien Bay is planned around beauty rather then efficiancy. The location of Caspien Bay is still classified due to security area will be a very peaceful and griefing reasonsbeautiful area, with almost no worries.
