It's Massively Multiplayer Wurm Online Fantasy Simulator is many things, but first and foremost it is a survival MMO. In Wurm you must struggle to survive, at least in the beginning. Also, make sure the "[[Climbing]]" toggle is switched off.
If you get stuck in a large pit or cave, first try the [[Climbing]] toggle or <code>/stuck</code> command. If you definitely cannot get out, or if you find a bug or glitch etc, then type <code>/support</code> to contact any of the GM's if they are online. Please use this feature sparingly.
