A) [[Pelt|Pelts]] are a product from [[Large Rat|Large Rats]] and [[Wild Cat|Wild Cats]]. In order to get one, you first have to find and kill one of those animals. then you have to use a [[Butchering Knife]] to butcher the corpse. If you are successful, you will get a pelt. Alternatively, you may be lucky enough to find one for sale at a [[Trader]], or you might find a more experienced player willing to give or sell you a pelt.

A) No. If those bars are empty, you wont be able to do some work, like mining and your [[Stamina]] will go up very slow. FOr more information, read here: [[Basic Knowledge]]
