NOTE - If you join Libila you automatically become [[Horde of the Summoned]] aka 'Blacklighter (short: bl'er)' (HOTS) and cannot spawn near [[Newtown]] (NT). You can, however, spawn near [[The Shroud]] and near the [[Black Light]].
Also upon becoming a follower of Libila makes you an enemy of Jenn-Kellon and any followers of the White light.
