Caffeinated [[beverages]] such as [[tea]] and [[coffee ]] cause the [[player]] to use [[sleep bonus]] at an accelerated rate providing a means of faster skill gain a Caffeine buffthan using sleep bonus alone. Sleep bonus can be used 1 to 2 times the normal rate depending on '''caffeine''' effect level.
==Notes==*While Caffeine caffeine is active, Sleep Bonus and [[fatigue]] sleep bonus is drained used at an accelerated rate in return for increased skill gain; however, doing so produces the restlessness de-buff.*Caffeine causes [[alcohol]] intoxication to decay faster, causing faster sobering up.*Drinking a caffeinated beverage within 10 minutes of logging in yields ten free minutes of [[sleep bonus]].*The maximum caffeine effect is 100 which yields a 2x sleep bonus use rate.*Caffeinated beverages can be consumed with a full thirst bar.
==Restlessness==Restlessness is a negative spell effect generated by using Sleep Bonus, while the Caffeine buff is active, until the point where Caffeine will alleviate no longer give you its benefits (5 hours). The restlessness spell effect will decay, when the affects player is logged out, at a 1:24 ratio, it takes 24 hours of [[alcohol]]offline time to reduce the de-buff by 1 hour.
==RestlessnessKnown Exclusions==Restlessness is a negative spell effect generated by using Sleep Bonus, while the Caffeine buff is active, until The following skills are known to be excluded from the point where effects of Caffeine will no longer give you its benefits (5 hours).
