With a Chain Armor Smithing of 19.80 and an 80 QL Large Anvil, the option to craft did not appear in the menu. Upon immediately upgrading to a premium account, the option appeared with the minimum 6% chance to create. </span>
Note, with a 50QL large anvil you need at least 19.75 chain armor smithing, or 31 ql Large Anvil and 23 chain armour smithing to get an option to create a chain jacket. This is because you must have at least 6% chance of making something in order for it to appear in the list. The chance depends on the anvil, metal and your skill.
