Changes

Global chat is used to talk across the several freedom maps on a cluster mapsto people belonging to your kingdom. If located on freedom Freedom it will be listed as <tt>GL-Freedom</tt> and as MR on Epic <tt>GL-Mol Rehan</tt>. It is toggled with the same <tt>/kchat</tt> command as your server's chat. To send a message, use /kshout <message>.
