==Introduction==
A citizen of a [[Settlement]], usually . Generally they only have the most basics of rights on the deed, ; however this is configurable by the Mayor (deed holder) can configure each deed member to have any of deed rights. Citizens On death, a citizen can chose to re-spawn at the [[Settlement]] they belong torather than the spawn deed, and can also choose to relocate their [[Bank]] account to the settlement [[token]]. Citizens can also re-spawn on deeds allied to their own town if they are within 50 tiles of the allied deed tokenwhen they die.  A citizen can choose to create or relocate their [[Bank]] account to the settlement [[token]], but has the right to choose any deed token on the server as their bank. If the settlement is a democracy, Citizens can type use the "/vote username " command to vote for a new mayor, the amount of votes needed depends on whether the village is a dictatorship or a democracy. If there is a democracy, 51% of the votes are needed to elect a new mayor. If it is a dictatorship, 81% is neededthen the mayor cannot be remplaced by the citizens of the settlement.
