:When enabled, this will send you messages in a new ''[[Skills]]'' tab where your event window is. Always will notify you about the slightes skillchanges, per 0.1 increase will notify you everytime a skill passes a tenth. Per integer increase will notify you if a full integer value changes, e.g. from 9.94532 to 10.54532 (it will say ''Skill increased to 10.'').
