Comon Bugs Database

This was created by IceDevil to try and reduce the numbers of posting in bugs and problems. Using information from bugs and problem this database of bug data was created. If, anymore bug soultions are found or mistakes are made PLEASE edit them. Also, the top half needs to be linked to the corrosponding sections below, I have no idea how to do this :P

Note: This was made by a PLAYER of wurm, not someone from the dev team so there may be errors, don't just fully rely on this, just check this first, attempt it then post.

Graphical Errors

   * Water reflections are all one colour.

   * All the graphics are bags with X’s on them.

Installation Problem

   * The launcher asks for a directory to install wurm but gives the error ‘There was a problem opening the wurm online work directory. Please locate it again or select a new directory.’

Can’t access the game

   * When pressing play a black window opens and a message box appears with the error ‘The game renderer thread stopped due to an exception’

Also may occur with just a black screen appearing.

   * The game loads, it attempts to connect to the server then shuts down.

   * The play button is grayed out even though the update has succeeded.

   * When pushing the play button, the window disappears and the message box appears with the message ‘Wurm online is already running’.

   * The play button is grayed and updates have failed.

   * Then game won’t start and when checking the log file the line: ‘Crash (hard): Error starting Wurm Online

java.lang.UnsatisfiedLinkError: no jogl in java.library.path’ is found.
