== Effects ==
A single tile is hit by a vortex of fire and the surrounding 4 tiles in each direction are set alight. Hostile targets occupying the initial tile are wounded by burns and any hostile targets within the area of effect are damaged over time for the duration of the spell.
Damage ignores armour and is applied repeatedly, with damage depending on the power of the cast.
