* Arch GM (Archangel) - A game master with additional abilities that not are required for the majority of situations. Can create new items, manipulate terrain, and modify player characteristics.* Game Master (Demigod) - Handles escalated support tickets. They collect information, assist with bug resolution if possible in game, and enforce game rules. They do not assist with normal game situations.
