The Giftpack Gift pack is one of many rewards that you can purchase from the Marks shop with Marks - a currency gained by purchasing premium time. It will give the buyer any random item from its lootpoolloot pool, which is a wide array of items, from sleep powders, to rarer items such as Cavalier helmets, as shown in the picture:
