Can *Heaps of sand can be used with [[clay]] to make [[mortar]].*They can be used to raise the terrain up and change several tile types into sand. *Heaps of sand can be dropped in two ways:**Dropping them '''on the ground''' will raise the tile below you, also be used with turning some tiles to sand tiles (such as [[dirt tile|dirt]], [[claygrass tile|grass]] to make , and [[mortarsteppe tile|steppe]] which is used for building stone houses). To make **Dropping '''as a "pile of ''' will create a heap of sand" (a sand pile), first drop some items on the ground until a "pile of items" crate appears. Then open it and drop whatever sand that you have in your inventory into it. Remove the items, and leave the sand, and the pile of items will become a pile of sand. The same thing works with [[Pile of dirt|dirt]]are able to pick back up.
