A '''referral''' is when a one-time gift to every account that becomes premium for its first time. It can be given away to another [[Premium Account|premium player]] can to express their your gratitude to someone who helped them for helping you out in [[Wurm]], helped them find out about introducing you to Wurm, sell it for [[Bank of Wurm|ingame currency]], or for whatever reason. The choices given to a player being referred are: one extra month of premium game time or 5 [[silver coin]]s.

A referred player can pick one of the following choices:* One month of premium game time* 5 [[Bank of Wurm|silver coins]] Referrals can be given/received ingame via away and claimed in the ''/refer'' command's dialog window. Received referrals can be accumulated and claimed later at any time. You can't give away received referrals.
