A homestead deed gives you a settlement token, which has a bank, [[Spirit guards]], and information and rules about the settlement you can set. <br><br>
Homestead deeds come in various sizes and prices. The bigger the size, the higher the cost.<BR> Homesteads can only be founded in your [[Category:Kingdoms|kingdom]]. To create kingdom territory, build a [[Guard Tower]].<br>
Homesteads must be at least 100 tiles away from each other or from a [[village deeddeeds|Village deed]]. Unless the [[mayor]] of the existing village/homstead has changed the setting which allows deeds within 20 tiles of each other. This setting can be turned on to allow an allie to plant a deed then off again to prevent enemies from planting one later. One of the deeds must be a homestead for this 20 tile distance to work, 2 village deeds must always be 100 tiles apart.<br>
